About the place

Room Available in a Lovely Shared Flat in Amsterdam  

Hi everyone,  

I’m leaving my current shared flat and looking for someone to take my place. Here are the details:  

About the flat:  
- The flat is shared with 5 wonderful flatmates (3 girls, 2 boys), all students aged 20-22.  
- It’s quiet during the day as most are at lectures. The atmosphere is friendly, respectful, and relaxed.  
- Shared spaces include:  
  - A fully equipped kitchen with a big table for shared meals (even a dishwasher).  
  - Two spacious and clean toilets and one bathroom.  
  - A separate laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies.  
  - Outdoor seating area for coffee or tea when the weather is nice.  

About the room:  
- Cozy and bright, with a large window that makes it feel spacious.  
- Comes furnished with a big wardrobe with a mirror, a comfortable chair, and a study desk.  

Hygiene:  
- A cleaning lady comes once a week, and the flatmates keep the place tidy the rest of the time.  

Location:  
- Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.  
- Four minutes’ walk to the tram and grocery shops.  
- Close to a park, shopping center, and gyms.  

Availability:  
- From 15th January 2025.  

Rent:  
- 875 euros per month (all-inclusive).
