About the place

I rent out my appartemnet during different periods of me working abraod. It is now available between from March 1st to April 30th 2025, around two months max. The apartment has everything what you need to feel at home. Ideal for one person or a couple. Are you an expat working in Amsterdam, do you need a place where to lodge for holidays or while searching for a long term property, my place is ideal. Are you moving houses and you need in between a place where to stay? My flat is in the best area of De Pijp neighbourhood. It is a double floor appartment with a beautiful balcony, sun and day light throughout great windows at the front and at the back. Are you a plants lover, I hope so because I have some and they will need just water. Take a look at the posted lovely pictures to have an idea of how wonderful it is and contact me for a viewing, the flat has been repainted and furnitures reorganized. Based on the 3rd and 4th floor it is very quiet even when is close to the Albert Cuyp Market and a trendy aread full of cafes, restaurants and nice shops. Public transportation just 150mts away and in all directions. Ideally no pets, children and no smoking.
