Furniture: Living room: 2 single sofas , dining area: extendable dining table + 4 chairs. Big bedroom: 1 double bed, there is a small walk-in closet. Small bedroom: nothing yet (the bed belongs to current tenants). 

‡ Kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher. Washing machine in consultation (cost €5/month)

Price: €950 base rent + €300 VVE cost + €200 in advance for gas/heating + €3000 deposit. 

Tenants are responsible for W/e/wifi

### Municipality tax: charged directly by Gemeente to who register at the address, not through the landlord
