About the Apartment:

I am renting out my 57m² bright and fully furnished apartment in Amsterdam for 5,5 months, starting April 13th to September 30th. There’s a possibility of extending the contract (it might be under different terms), as I’ll be moving to Spain for five months and might stay longer. The apartment has plenty of natural light from both sides and a southwest-facing balcony. It is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) and has no upstairs neighbors, making it quiet. The living room and kitchen are open and fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, and fridge. The bedroom has a large closet and a 180cm boxspring bed (no mattress/topper). The bathroom includes a WC, shower, sink, mirror cabinet, and a towel heater.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Brazil shopping center, Albert Heijn, Javaplein, and various restaurants. There are plenty of places nearby for swimming in the summer. Amsterdam Central Station is a 12-minute bike ride away, and public transport is well-connected. The Piet Hein tunnel, the A10, and the A1 can be reached by car within 5-10 minutes.
