Looking for a responsible, working individual who values cleanliness and will respect the space. I have a lot of plants, so someone who can take care of them is preferred. The place is suitable for one or two people. Two people if you are a couple. There are no housemates so you will have the whole space for yourself! The apartment if fully furnished. It is close to all necessary amenities - gym, grocery stores, transport, bars and cafes and is very well located.

The space is available for one month, and please note that the cost of water, electricity, and internet is not included in the rent and must be paid separately. Its usually around 130 euros but it depends on your use.
