About the place

I am renting out my place for two months (dates are more or less flexible)

I only accept a responsible guest and no extra people. I prefer a single guest but if you are with two (and you are calm and responsible towards my neighbors) it's also ok.  

My spacious loft (80 m2) is very light and has got a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The living room is very comfortable and perfect for a diner, to relax, work or read a book. The bedroom is large and is located on the park side which means it's nice and quiet. There is a shower built in the bedroom area. The kitchen is of a decent size and has got all the equipments to make yourself a great meal and a good coffee. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also available. [P.s house upgrated with new windows, furniture, bed and television etc and not on these pictures!!!]
