For rent from mid-December 2024 a non-self-contained living space in a former doctor's practice in Dieren. 

You share this very spacious home with another tenant, who will live in the basement (ground floor). 

Layout of the house:
1 living room of 28.3 m2, 1 practice room (or 2nd living room, with air conditioning) of 24.5 m2, 1 bedroom of 9.3 m2 and storage space/walk-in closet of 2.5 m2. Its own very spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space, 15 m2 including built-in refrigerator with freezer, new induction hob, extractor hood, new dishwasher and new electr. oven. 
The bathroom is still being constructed (shared with a co-tenant) and will have 2 sinks, a shower cabin, towel radiator, washing machine and dryer. There is a spacious toilet upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. There is a shower underneath that can be used. 
The upstairs apartment may also have a healthcare function, in which case you may live there and have a medical practice at home. A shop is not allowed. In fact, they are 2 fairly independent apartments, but because the municipality is not allowed, they are now very spacious rooms for rental. 

Only 2 people are allowed to be registered at the address, so 1 tenant for the ground floor apartment (see other advertisement) and 1 for the upstairs apartment.
