Beautiful apartment in a perfect location available!

In short:

> North side just outside the center of Groningen, 5 minutes walk from both the city center and the park

Because I'm going on a trip, I'm renting out my cozy and friendly apartment just outside the center right next to the Nieuwe Ebbingestraat. I'll be away in the months of December, January and February. Because double glazing is still being installed at the front and the front of the house is being painted, the start date is still in consultation (If you don't mind this, please let me know). I'd like to rent it out to someone who could also water my plants once a week. Because it's a relatively short period, I'll empty my closets so that there's enough space for personal belongings, but otherwise it will be delivered furnished, whereby I'll also leave items such as crockery. Furthermore, all herbs and cleaning products in the cupboard may be used by the tenant. I am open to discussing this!
