About the place

We are Knuka & Bart and we would like to rent out our place for 3 months, and maybe more. We are a couple who own this property but we want to travel and work in other places in the world. We will share this house with you but most of the time we will be somewhere else. We enjoy cooking and eating together. Our fridge is always full! We hope to find someone, or a couple who would like to give our plants the love they deserve, who are social, clean and neat. We have a nice garden, a chill area for your morning coffee or late night drinks. We understand that living in a city is preferable to many, but we are so closely located to all the major highways, that many places are within reach, with a car. Utrecht < 15mn. University Utrecht < 15mn. University of Amsterdam 35mn.

If you don’t own a car, and you need to commute, driving with a bike to the bus stop in Vianen is your best option. There are fast busses that will get you to Utrecht central station in 15-20mns.
