About the place

This completely furnished and modern houseboat used to be rented out as a hotel accomadation. At the moment we want to rent it out to workers or students who are looking for a fully furnished accomodation.

Take your toothbrush and you can enter, even bedding etc is available. Fast internet included. 

The contract will starting on the 1 ste March 2025.  The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a livingroom with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toillet.

Total costs are 1295 a month, the service costs for elctricty, gas, water, taxes and internet are 250 euro a month , no further costs. One month deposit required of 1550 euros.

REALLY IMPORTANT TO KNOW, this is a houseboat in the Rotterdam Marina.
Interested to rent this appartement as a couple or as two friends or as a single and we will find another roommate for you, ( we prefer for minimal 1 year), send us an e-mail with some info about yourselve and we will make an appointment for a viewing.
