About the place

Hi everyone!

Due to a project abroad my apartment is available for 5 months from January 9th to June 3rd 2025. It is suitable for singles and couples. The location is excellent (Rotterdam West). 7min from Central Station. It is a private apartment, but sometimes my friends (who live in the apartment above me) use a small part of the living room to hang their laundry. It is close to some really nice bars and the supermarket is across the street (10s walk). Rent is 1400,- p/month (this includes electricity, water, gas and good internet!)

Quick note: There is a cat, she is really sweet and mainly spends time upstairs, but people that are allergic might want to think twice ;)
