About the place

Apartment is in the attic of a residential house. That means a common front door with its own door that can be locked. In the attic you have everything to yourself. It is a quiet neighborhood where you can park freely. A bicycle is included in the rent. 
The house has a large garden which may be used. Also, the house is slightly noisy. In the house live three children and two rabbits. The interaction with the residents is minimal. 
We are preferably looking for a working ( student) who is doing (further) education and using the room as a Pied-à-terre. Previously there was a gynecologist in training or a PhD student in mathematics.
