About the place

Due to a one-year stay abroad, I am renting out my comfortable, fully furnished house in Lombok, Utrecht, from 4 February 2025 to 31 January 2026.

The house was completely renovated 4 years ago, is well insulated and very comfortable, with a spacious kitchen with all appliances, cosy living room, floor heating, a bedroom, a study, and an attic that can also be used as a workspace. On the first floor is a nice bathroom with rain shower and there is a second toilet downstairs.

The house is suitable for a single or couple who like a quiet lifestyle. It is not suitable for house sharers or children, and smoking is not allowed.

Important: unfortunately, my two cats cannot come with me and will stay behind while I am away.
I am looking for people with experience in cat care who enjoy having two cats as roommates. Care includes daily feeding twice, litter box cleaning, playing with them, and, if unexpectedly necessary, a vet visit. The cats are used to a quiet environment and daily attention. Therefore, I prefer people who like to be home besides work.
I will remain responsible for cat-related costs, such as food and grooming supplies, and any vet visits.
