About the place

Welcome to this beautiful and cosy apartment in the centre of Utrecht. Although the apartment is very centrally located, the neigbourhood is very quiet. 

I'm renting out my apartment because I will travel abroad for work for a couple of months. In the apartment you will be acompanied by two very lovely cuddly cats, who just need to be fed daily in return. 

The apartment dates from 1860 and has many charming elements, and very comfortably furnitured. Its a ten minute walk to de Neude, 20 minute walk to the central train station. Just around the corner are buses, supermarkets, local shops and a park. 

BEDROOM - equiped with a kingsize bed with very comfortable matresses

LIVING ROOM - large dining table for 6 persons, a fireplace. By the time of rental the couch will be replaced with a larger couch with chaise longue. There is a high quality music system

KITCHEN - the kitchen is very extensively equiped. Get ready to prep your favourite meals. Fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven. Washing machine with integrated dry function

BATHROOM - The bathroom has recently been renovated. It highly luxurious with a rain shower, anti fog mirror and a cosy ambiance

STUDY ROOM - there is a comfortable study room with ambient lightning, which you can adjust to your preference with philips hue

GARDEN - you can enjoy sunny mornings and noons in the 16m2 garden with lots of green plants and flowers. There is a mini green egg to grill your meat/fish or veggies
