About the place

In 2022 we completely renovated our apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment contains a new spacious open kitchen, new bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms / study rooms. It is modernly furnished and fully equipped (including a 65 inch TV). In addition, free parking is available behind the apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished and after consultation we can store furniture elsewhere.

Availability: 2 months, January and February

LAYOUT & AMENITIES
Ground floor: Entrance with intercom, mailboxes and staircase.
1st floor: Entrance with spacious hall, separate toilet, new bathroom with shower and sink. The living room has a lot of light through the large windows and has an unobstructed view. Through the living room you have access to the balcony which is located on the East.
This allows you to enjoy the morning sun in the summer months.
 
At the front of the apartment are the two spacious bedrooms/office.

AREA
The Tolsteeg district is a popular district with lots of greenery, built in the fifties. These 'Zonneflats', designed under the architecture of Gerrit Rietveld, are conveniently located in relation to the center and arterial roads and near the Smaragdplein shopping center and various green areas.
A bus stop is within walking distance of the complex and the Beatrixpark is a little further on. The trendy Rotsoord with various catering establishments is about a 5-minute walk away, as well as the new NS station Vaartsche Rijn. The city center (Ledig Erf, Oudegracht), the Uithof, Rhijnauwen and Amelisweerd can be reached within a very short cycling distance. The district is also well situated in relation to the A12, A27, A28 and A2 highways. In short, a good living environment for those who love the pleasant city of Utrecht.
