For rent in Wageningen: very comfortable and pleasant apartment, fully furnished, well insulated, located in a modern apartment building in a quiet neighbourhood at ten minutes from city centre and WUR campus (by bike). 
The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, a balcony, and two bedrooms, on the South and on the West side of the building. Floor surface (m2): 82 m2. Facilities: fully equipped (including sheets, towels, etc.). 
Preferences for tenant: guest researchers / professionals / post-docs or PhD students at WUR or one of the other research and academic education institutes in Wageningen, preferably non-smoking (no smoking inside the apartment).
Price per month: € 1400 plus utilities. Utilities advance payment is € 300, apt. building service costs €160, to be paid with the rent, total €1860. To be settled depending on the renter’s actual use of gas and electricity, on a yearly basis or at the end of the rental period.
The apartment will become available from February 15, 2025, initially until June 15, 2025.  It can also be rented long-term, with the understanding that each year the renters will vacate from June 15 to September 15, for the owners to move back in, for three months. 
Meaning that on September 16, 2025, the apartment will be available again until June 15, 2026. Then the owners will move in again until September 15, 2026, after which the renters can move back in, and so on. 
If badly needed the summer period in which the owners use the apartment, from June 15 to September 15, can be shortened to two months, from July 1 until August 31.
