I am subletting my terraced house for three months (March until May).

The house features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms (6m2, 14m2 and 12m2), two of which are furnished as studies. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the Jumbo and close to the WUR campus.

The house has everything you need and is therefore ready to move in immediately. On top of that, the house has six solar panels, keeping the energy bill relatively low.

The basic rent of the house is €1360, with an additional €165 for gas/water/electricity and internet.
