About the place

Our house is available while we are away. 
It's a family house, common area and toilet downstairs, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom and laundry room upstairs.
There's a spacious garden at the back with plenty of room for bicycles as well.
Located very close to the center in a quiet residential area.

All bills (gas-electricity-internet-water-etc.) included.
We are away for almost three weeks (24th January till 12th February), if someone can make good use of the house we are happy to rent it out.
We would definitely like to meet potential tenants before agreeing on anything.
