The apartment is located in a quiet, very picturesque car-free street directly behind the Groenmarkt, with many restaurants and terraces. Distance to the station less than ten minutes walk.

We are renting out this apartment due to relocation to Italy, due to work.

Through a gate you enter the communal courtyard, with stairs up to the gallery. Apartment on the 1st floor, with extra floor for the bedroom and guest room/storage room.

Entrance with access to bathroom/toilet, L-shaped living room/kitchen.

Upstairs spacious bedroom with extra room that can be used as a guest room or storage room.

 Extra shared storage on the ground floor available for bicycles etc.

We rent this apartment furnished with all basic furniture, such as refrigerator, stove, sofa, bed, coffee table and TV.
