About the place

We are looking for decent working tenants for a room in a shared home. We do not set an age limit but rather value the attitude of the tenants. We only select neat, tidy, organized tenants who handle the contents with care and take the fellow residents into account. Unfortunately we are not likely to allow pets. Our preference is for a tenant who wants to rent for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years. The room is a minutes walk from public
transport. Shops are within walking distance.
