The house is close to VU Amsterdam (10 minutes by bike and 20 minutes by tram). It's also located close to Amstelveen busstation and has bus/tram connections to Schiphol, Amsterdam Zuid and Bijlmer ArenA. It's also a 5-minute walk from the Amstelveen Stadshart shopping centre. The house is fully furnished and comes with everything including kitchen necessities.
