About the place

My name is Bobbie (24), a Journalism graduate from Utrecht. Since I’ll be traveling abroad from March 15 to April 20, I think it would be a waste to leave my room empty, especially with the current housing shortage. That’s why I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for a month (or longer in consultation).

💰 Rent price: Negotiable, depending on the length of the sublet.

🏡 About the house
You’ll temporarily live with three lovely girls, meaning you’ll be our new housemate for this period! The house is spacious and cozy, shared with three friendly girls (23-24 years old, studying and working). We have a relaxed and social atmosphere: we sometimes eat together or chat in the living room, but everyone also has their own routine and respects each other’s space.

📍 Location: At the end of Vondelpark, near Schinkelbuurt and Lelylaan station.
🍽️ We occasionally eat together, but everyone has their own schedule.
🛋️ Spacious shared living room.
🧺 Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
🚿 Bathroom + two toilets.

11 m², fully furnished, but can be emptied if preferred (bed, wardrobe).
Bright and cozy, perfect for a temporary stay.
