The apartment complex is near Bos en Lommerplein and has a nice mix of students, starters and families.
It has a closed entree with camera's and elevator and stairway (room is on 5th floor)

I (Dutch male) am looking for a renter who is at least away for 2 weekends in a month (or more)
Who also highly values privacy like me and is considerate of sleeping and study habits of the other.
Since the living room is not shared, you must be comfortable with your room being your living space.

- Laundry room: washing machine, drying rack.
