About the place

Available from January 1 for a decent and social person, at least 25 y/o.  

The room with a wooden floor is 11m². The desk in the pictures can be removed. If you don’t have furniture, a single mattress and accessories are available. I can also help you bring furniture into the room.  

The shared living room with an open kitchen is 28m².  The apartment, in a complex built in 1988, offers better sound insulation compared to many typical older houses in De Pijp.

Located in the car-free part of the popular De Pijp, the apartment is within 1 to 10 minutes walking distance of Marie Heinekenplein, Museumplein, Leidseplein, Albert Cuyp Market, Vondelpark, and the Vijzelgracht metro station (North-South line, just 5 minutes to Central Station or Amsterdam Zuid).  

You would share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with one quiet male roommate who works in the cultural and non-profit sector. Interests are gym, cooking, dancing, reading, movies/series, science, and meditation. 
Open and honest communication between flatmates is key to a comfortabel co-living. 
  
- Registration is possible.  
- Regular / daily use of narcotic drugs is not allowed.  
- Deposit: one month’s rent.
