About the place

I will rent you out my room for about a month when I go back to Japan.
From 29th Jan to end of Feb (details will be announced as soon as I decided), you will have a lovely and kind female share mate, and of course you will have a private room :)
The living room and bathroom will be shared.
Your room has a double size bed.
I’m only looking for a person who will keep my room CLEAN and NEAT!

The attached photos are the living room, kitchen area, bathroom and my room where you will rent.

You can also rent my room 50 euro per day for a short stay.

- Spacious appartment: 91 m2
- You will be sharing with the appartment with only 1 other person!
- Located at 5 minutes walking from Station Bijlmer Arena with great buses, metro and train connection to basically everywhere. 
-Here’s 4 super markets, 2 drugstores, cafes, restaurants, clothing shops, bubble tea, IKEA etc
- You will become co-parent of 2 lovely cats
- A clothing closet and a big bed will be present in the room.

※ Looking for who’s TIDY WELL, has common sense, considerate.
※Respect each other and privacy.
※ Not allowed smoking, partying in the apartment.
