This rental is for an indefinite period with a minimum rental period of 12 months, without a diplomatic clause.
You cannot stop payments or move out before 01 March 2026.
Temporary rental is never allowed in this apartment complex.

This ensures that you can keep the rooms at +19°C with minimal heating.

This apartment consumes less than 500 m³ of gas per year for warm showers, cooking, and heating from November to March.
No bike storage included.

You share the main bathroom + toilet with 1 male. When it's occupied, you can use one of the 2 extra toilets or 2 extra showers.

You cook in the shared kitchen-room. You may NOT cook in own rooms! If gas cooking equipment is in use, you can cook at the same time with electronic equipment in the same area, provided you clean up directly 
after use.

You share with 3 co-tenants the registration address and the central main kitchen with washing machine – dryer – cooking equipment plus 20 m2 roofterrace.

Refundable deposit €1.000,00. The next NET rent increase will be on 01 July 2025.
