You will share the dining kitchen with appliances, the sunny south-facing balcony, and the bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink with ONE Spanish main tenant.

The total monthly contribution to the rent and all additional living costs is € 915,00.

The available room is intended for only 1 person (3.45 x 4.1 m). Two partners and pets are not allowed. 

Your share of the NET basic rent is € 785,00.
Your share of the additional (specified) living costs is € 120,00.
Your share of the deposit is € 1.100,00.

The apartment has 4 rooms plus 1 shared kitchen area with a sink and gas stove, 2 toilets, 2 showers, and in 1 room a 2nd kitchen with built-in cooking appliances and a 2nd washing machine.

You will have your own fridge and kitchen cabinets in the kitcchen-dining-room.

These apartments are shared by 3 or a maximum of 4 co-residents.

If the bathroom or gas hob is occupied you can use the 2e toilet or 2e shower or 2e gas hob inside rooms 3 and 4.

The 2e shower, 2e toilet will be used by a mother with child.

Important Amsterdam authorities order that all co-residents have access to the kitchen-dining-room, the 2nd kitchen, and the balcony.

Criteria:
- No negative rental history
- No pets
- Never smoked or vaped
- No drug use
- Age between 24 and 49 years
- Mandatory rental for a minimum of 24 months
- NO OPTION to terminate the lease within 24 months
- Employment contract not temporary, ending no earlier than 01 December 2026
- Working with a salary + 36 hours per week, working in the Amsterdam area
- No working from home. You must work on-site at your employer's location.
- Your net salary must be higher than € 2.400,00.
