Subrent Room + Possibility to Take Over The Contract
Currently, I am looking to subrent one bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment located in postcode 1067 MT.
🌱 The apartment is shared with two other tenants (one student and one full-time working professional). It’s fully furnished and equipped, so you can move in with just your suitcase.
🌱 Subrent period: (Dec 13 - Jan 13) - €850, all-inclusive
🌱 There is an AH, Vormar, and OBA store, along with some Turkish shops downstairs, making it very convenient.
🌱 Tram 13 to Centraal Station stops right in front of the building (100m away).
🌱 30-minute bike ride or 45-minute train ride to UvA campus.
🍀 Take Over Contract: Since I’m planning to move out with my friend and actively searching for a new place, I’ll also try to transfer the lease to you (landlord has approved + address registration is possible).
