About the place

Hi everyone,
I am relocating and we are looking for a new roommate to take over my room. It’s a lovely space, approximately 10m², available for long-term rent with registration for 816 euros including utilities. The room will be available starting 01.05.2025.

Shared with two amazing flatmates (one woman and one man), both internationals in their late twenties. They’re super friendly, easy-going, and enjoy shared dinners or Netflix nights in the spacious living room. 
The living room and kitchen are bright and fully furnished, equipped with a dishwasher and all essentials. There’s also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The flat features a lovely balcony for enjoying the morning sun, and it’s located in a green, peaceful area in Buitenveldert. Jumbo supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away, and station Zuid is only a 6-minute bike ride.
About the room:
Super cozy room with enough space to work from home if needed. Comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures for 300 euros (negotiable if needed).

We are looking for:
- A person in their late 20s or early 30s with a full-time job.
- Working from home is fine, but fully remote work is not preferable.
- No pets (per landlord’s rules) and no smoking inside the flat.
