About the place

I will move out of the house in the beginning of December, and I am looking for a suitable tenant for the landlord to take the room. 

The monthly rent is 1200 euros with a deposit that is equal to 2+1 months of the rent. The room is fully furnished, and utilities are included in the rent. To be eligible to rent the room, you need to be a legally registered resident in the Netherlands (aka have a BSN number). 

You will be living in the house with 5 to 6 other nice roommates. Most of them work in the hotel, and everybody is chill and friendly. You share one kitchen, one living room and 3 toilets. Each floor has one toilet/bathroom which you can freely use. There is also a back garden, which can be accessed from outside of the house and the kitchen.
