About the place

I am subletting my room for 1 month (15 Dec to 12 Jan) but I can be flexible if needed. For this period the rent is 1200€ all included. I ask fort a deposit of half the rent (I'll give it back in front of you when getting back the keys). 

The apartment is really nice, spacious and well isolated. It is shared with one other cool roommate. It is situated in front of the WFC. There are all the supermarkets nearby (Lidl, Dirk, AH..) and in a 15min ride you can be in the center (I can let you my bike).
