About the place

I am Chiara, a 27 y.o. Italian young professional searching for a flatmate to live with in a modern and bright two bedrooms apartment close by Lelylaan station, Amsterdam. 
I am working in the Marketing Analytics field and I am searching for a professional girl around my age with a monthly gross income above €3,800 due to agency policies. 
The new flatmate will be the second tenant, the registration is possible. 

The monthly rent for the room is €995, all expenses included (€844 room rental + €151expenses), namely water, electricity & heating, Internet & TV plus the estimated cost of yearly Municipal taxes (Waste collection charge and Water authority tax), whose adjustment based on precise costs will be made at a later date. 

The room is available from beginning February - I will let you know for the exact date, the house view is possible until December 6th at the latest. Pets are not allowed. 

The house is completely furnished, while the room can be rented completely furnished with the bed, mattress, closet, nightstand with lamp and desk buying them for €350 from the previous flatmate. I would like to find someone as soon as possible to close everything before Christmas and process smoothly all the bureaucratic topics related to the rental with the agency. 

FYI a contract between me and the new person will be done as payment guarantee plus an official contract with the agency. 

The price for the official contract with the agency - paid by the incoming person - should be around €350 and it is digitally signed. 

One month deposit of €950 is needed in addition to the current month's rental payment (February).
