About the place

I am going to travel for 3 to 4  months with my girlfriend and I am looking for a tenant for this period. I have a large room at the back (little noise) in a very nice location in Amsterdam South. The house is large (92 m2) with a big living room and located at an A location behind Vondelpark.

I have a roommate of 28 years old (men). He is working in the real estate sector. The tenant can be a woman or a man, this does not matter to him. What does matter to him is that he/she is not a young student.
