About the place

Hi, ! I’m a scientist at Amsterdam University, and I’ve just moved into a newly rented apartment. I’m looking for a friendly, polite, and tidy tenant to share this space with me.  

📍 **Location:** Amsterdam Sloterdijk, close to train, metro, and bus stations—just a short trip to the city center.  
🛏️ **Apartment:** Two-bedroom unit with shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony.  

🚪 **Room for Rent:**  
✅ Private room (10 m²)  
✅ **Rent: €800 per month for each tenant** (we share the total rent of **€1,600**, including charges).  
✅ **Deposit: One month’s rent (€800).**  
✅ **Available: From May 1, 2025, to November 1, 2025, with a possible extension until December 31, 2025.**  
✅ **The room will be freshly painted, and new flooring will be installed in April, so it will be ready to rent by May 1.**
