About the place

My flatmate has found her own place, so I’m offering two rooms on the edge of the Jordaan.

It concerns a living room and a small bedroom, both facing west. The small bedroom currently has a single bed and a desk, though a bed of 1.4m width would just about fit.

We share a clean bathroom, toilet, and kitchen with dining table. The flat is tidy, but not well soundproofed, so I’m looking for someone quiet, preferably working or a PhD student. Ideally, someone who eats vegetarian (I do eat fish). Maybe you're in the sciences too?

The rent for the two rooms is €1,200, including gas, water, electricity, etc.
