About the place

Are you looking for a nice place to live in Amsterdam? I have a cozy room available of approximately 11m² in a unique and charming family home in the beautiful Tuindorp. The house has a living area of 70m² and a spacious, sunny backyard where you can relax.

The house is fully equipped. We have a modern bathroom with a nice shower, two toilets (convenient for busy mornings), and a cozy living room to unwind. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer – everything to make your life a little easier!

The room itself can be furnished with a comfortable bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a desk with a chair, an extra drawer unit, and a nice lamp. Prefer your own furniture? No problem, you're free to decorate the room to your liking.

The house is reasonably well connected with many amenities nearby. It’s within cycling distance from the city center, walking distance to a supermarket, and a bike ride away from a train station.

You will share the house with a calm and friendly 36-year-old working man, and I’m looking for a roommate to share the house with me.
