This is a spacious, bright, and modern accommodation, 105 Square meters with 2 bedrooms, located right in the Park De Meer & within walking distance to Frankandael Park. 
It is newly renovated, painted & furnished with good-quality home appliances (Miele Washing Machine, Miele Vacuum Cleaner, Samsung Refrigerator, OLED Smart TV (46nc), etc.)

I am renting one of 2 bedrooms. It is accommodated with a brand new double bed, a working table, a chair, a wardrobe, light, 2 pairs of  brand new linen set, pillow, winter blanket
You will share ;

I expect you to really own the house and be tidy, clean, and responsible by following the agreement & house rules

You will be living together with a 24 y.o French male working professional. The minimum Rental Period is 2 Months & Maximum Rental Period is 12 Months at the moment. However, an extension is always possible after a trial period. 
There will be 2 people living in the accommodation in total. Because of that, the utilities are naturally higher. 

The total cost of this room will be 1450 euros max
