About the place

🌟 sublet, temporary roommate wanted🌟 . effective from 1 april until Q1 2026 (with a chance of extension, depends on the landlord) for €870, this is incl g/w/l/i and taxes.

Per direct there is a room in my apartment in bos en lommer available. The apartment is close to the bos en lommer shopping center, stores (AH, Vomar, Kruidvat, Hema, Xenos), within walking distance of a tram and metro station. Within a good fifteen minutes you can be in Amsterdam center by bike. The room itself is a (furnished) room of about 9m2. With bed, desk and closets. 

The apartment is shared with me, 27 year old and working full time. The apartment is 55m2, with a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. I am looking for someone who is quiet and tidy and sees home as a place of rest. Preferably someone in the same phase so working with a regular rhythm.
