About the place

This furnished room at the Van Swindendwarsstraat is available from 1st of February 2025 till 31st of July 2025. The 12m2 room is part of a large 65m2 apartment in Amsterdam East. The apartment has two balconies, a living room, a separate shower and toilet and a kitchen. The room can only be rented furnished. It is possible to register at the address. The contract will be short-stay. Rent is €880,- all-in, deposit is €1000,- 

You will be living with Fruzan (she has the other 12m2 bedroom) and will be sharing all common areas with her. 

Fruzan:
- 29 years old, adventure and travel enthusiast
- Weekdays: chill vibes (think movie nights, diners with friends or working out)
- Weekends: social events, cultural stuff, parties, family time

The house:
- GREAT location
- Carries a bit of sound
- Really going to live together so it's important you want to live together with another person

Hoping to find someone who's as excited as I am to live in and explore Amsterdam and brings a curious, social, relaxed energy. 

Fruzan is available for a viewing on the 13th or 16th of January between 7 and 9pm. If you are invited for the viewing, it is important that you are available one of these timeframes. 

Side note: most furniture in the living room is from Fruzan. If she decides to move to another place eventually, she will take the couch and closets that are in the living room.
