Looking for a friendly new roommate to take over my room. Preferably female, student or working, between 18-25 years old, internationals welcome.

About the room:

The room is approximately 9m2.
Rent is 875€ per month + around 50€ energy costs per month.
It‘s partially furnished, with a bed, desk and wardrobe.

Flat and household:

The flat is in the West of Amsterdam in Geuzeveld. You‘ll be sharing the flat with four lovely international girls. Two from the Chez Republic and two from Germany, all students and between the ages of 19-22.

We have a large living room and kitchen with lovely balcony. One big bathroom, an extra toilet, washing machine and a dishwasher.

Location:
The flat is in Amsterdam Geuzeveld, and the tram station „Lambertus Zierpleijn“ of number 13 is right outside. As well as supermarkets like Albert Heijn, drugstores and more shops and cafes. Sloterpark is also close by, which is especially nice in summer.
