In a wonderful location in Arnhem, 2 rooms (for 1 person) are TEMPORARILY available as of February 1st. The apartment has recently been renovated (plastic frames, HR++ windows, roof renewed) and the rooms only need a lick of paint if you want to. There are a total of 2 rooms available for you (next to each other) and a shared open kitchen. From the bathroom you can walk straight onto the small roof terrace. The rooms that are available are respectively 11 and 10 square meters.

So you will have access to 2 of the 4 rooms that are adjacent to each other. You share the kitchen and bathroom with 1 other person.

The rooms are temporarily available because the house will be sold in a few months, the exact sales date is not yet known. But I can guarantee you shelter for at least 3 months, possibly longer. So it is ideal if your housing situation is not ideal at the moment and you are looking for an interim solution.

The total living area is approximately 65 square meters, which you have to share with 1 person. The other person is moving out on March 1st.
