Attention!! Landlord speaks and writes only Dutch and lives on the ground floor. This beautiful room is less suitable for international students because the landlord himself lives on the ground floor and agrees with the students that the room will not be used on weekends and during school holidays. Exceptions after consultation are of course possible. Please ask any questions in Dutch only.

Beautiful room, located on the first floor, for a quiet 1st or 2nd year student, located on a prime location near the Ginneken and center of Breda. The room has a washbasin, a laminate floor, glass curtains and blackout blinds. The shower, toilet and kitchen are shared with a co-inhabitant (also on the first floor). Please note: Not in the room on weekends and during school holidays. (Occasionally, after consultation, is possible)  Please call me for a viewing of this beautiful room or for more information.
