About the place

The unfurnished room is +- 18m2 with a built-in closet and is available from 6th of April . The price is 420 per month + 40 euros for internet, electricity, etc. We are a close-knit house of 6 with working people, students and a bird watcher and we are looking for a lovely new housemate (m/f/x) of 21+ years. 

In our living room we eat together, watch films, listen to cd’s, dance, read and fanatically do puzzles. We eat together almost every day. There is also enough space in the house to do your own thing! We have a super spacious balcony including a herb garden and hammock. In the summer we can barbecue here, with or without the neighbors. In the evening we can enjoy the lovely evening sun and view of the Rotterdam polders. 

Nature is around the corner, the tram to Scheveningen stops in front of the door and you are at the supermarket and snack bar in no time. We also have a golden bath, lots of houseplants and a bike shed with two(!) tandems!
