Nice room (~15m²) in a cozy appartement (71m²) shared with one roommate* (male, 26, ENG/FR, student)

Great connection with public transport (trams 4 and 6 are 5min walking distance away), city centre and the Hague Market are 15min away, and there is a nice commercial street around the corner. Also, the Zuiderpark is very close, which is nice during the summer. 

Kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, extractor and oven.

Bathroom has a shower, sink and washing machine, toilet is separate. 

Two other rooms (of about 8-10m²), one of which can be used as living room, and the other as storage. However you use those spaces is up for discussion with the current roommate. 

The rent is €606.64 excl. fixed charges (incl. WGE and internet you come out at approx. €700-725/month). 

Security deposit is €1200, and furniture can be taken over (gladly even).
