About the place

I am looking for a new roommate for our apartment on the 1st floor (67m2) on Laan Copes van Cattenburch. It is a renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms. The bedroom in question is approximately 9 m2. You will share the rest of the apartment with me (male, 29 years old, working). The shared spaces are largely already furnished as I have been living here with my current roommate for 3.5 years.

The apartment contains:
- Washing machine and dryer
- Kitchen including dishwasher
- Bathroom with shower cabin and bath
- Balcony (6 m2)
- Separate toilet
- High ceilings

I am looking for a roommate who enjoys sharing the house with me. I am a sporty, active and spontaneous person. During the day I mainly work in the office and once a week I work from home. In the evenings and at weekends you can find me in the bouldering hall on a beach volleyball court or in a pub with live music. I also enjoy watching movies and TV-series at home or playing some videogames. 

The rent is about €810 / month, this includes gas/water/electricity and internet. Excluding taxes and levies such as waste tax and water tax, which are taxed once a year.
