About the place

Hi, one of our roommates is sadly moving out at the end of December & we’re looking for a new addition to our flat near Zuiderpark/Haagsemarkt! Move-in date would be around the 1st of January. 

It’s a 3 bedroom apartment, with a spacious common area. The apartment has a nice and modern kitchen, as well as a balcony. 
You would be sharing the apartment with 2 girls, Kat (21) and Ann (24), both students.
Your room is around 15m2 and rent is 580€ per month (includes utilities, wifi, etc.). It would be perfect if you could take over some of the furniture that is already in the room. This is negotiable though :) 

We always liked to be friends with our roommates but we also respect personal space and like to each do our own thing. 

The apartment is conveniently located. To get to the centre you can take tram 4 and 6 or bus 25 to Grote Markt. Cycling to the city center takes around 10 minutes.
