About the place

I’m renting out a ROOM with a private study/office room in a 2 floor house. The house has a private terrace/garden and the location is right above a shopping center. There’s Aldi, Dirk, AH, Subway, Bruna, Hema, PostNL, DHL service point within 2-5 min from the house. Location is 2 min away from tram 3,4 and metro E. It takes 10 min to get to central station by tram. 30 minutes to Rotterdam and Delft. You will be sharing the house with a couple and 2 small dogs. We both work full time and are 34 years old.
