About the place

Two rooms, for one person only. No couples. Total 30m2 in Ederveen. €750 incl. Per month. For a period of 6 months (hospitacontract). So TEMPORARY.

10 minutes by bike to Veenendaal-De Klomp train station
38 minutes by bike to Wageningen University. 

Your ‘living space’
I live in a log cabin surrounded by a big fenced garden. It is situated in a rural area. In my home you will have two private rooms at your disposal:
- Room 1 (21m2) is located on the first floor (attic) and currently has (sofa) bed/coach, a small desk and a wash basin. 
- Room 2 (9m2) is located on the ground floor, it now has a bed (160x200) and closet.

Only room 2 has central heating. Room 1 is well insulated. In case it gets cold I can lend you an eletric heater. 

My idea is to make a living space out of one of the rooms, with a couch and kitchenette. You can decide for yourself which room you want for which purpose. We can discuss this together and I can help you to get it ready when you arrive.

The kitchenette will be equipped with a refrigerator, electric hob (induction, 2 spots), coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Furthermore, you have:
- a private toilet in the hall on the ground floor.
- A shared bathroom on the ground floor.
- A shared washing machine in the utility room
- A shared section of the garden
- A vacuum cleaner

I am looking for a male, with whom I can share a part of my home to be able to share my costs. Preferably someone:
- who likes to be on their own (in their own rooms). Not because I am not social, but so that we both have the feeling that we live independently without 'social pressure'. And I like my peace and quiet :)
- who doens’t cook a lot (as you don’t have a real kitchen only the electric hob).
- who is quiet and does not make loud noises between 23:00 and 10:00
- who has parties, visitors and relationships outdoors instead of having them at home.

I am a woman of 32 years old, working, both at home and at the office. I have one dog, I regularly babysit dogs, and I have a flock of chickens and ducks. They often walk through the garden, so it is in your benefit if you are not afraid of animals. Your rooms can be closed so that they cannot enter.
