About the place

This spacious room will become available from the beginning of May. In the house, there are two other students.

The house has a shared kitchen with all the necessary appliances (fridge, stove, oven, etc.), a toilet downstairs, a separate shower upstairs, an attic for storage, an outside shed for storage, and a spacious and locked backyard with a shelter for bikes.

Supermarkets are within walking distance, approximately 2 minutes (Albert Heijn, Lidl, Trekpleister, etc.).
The apartment is 5 minutes away by bike from the University of Twente, and across the street from the Twekkelerveld shopping centre.
The bus station for bus number 1 is also 1 minute away.
