About the place

For rent February 1: student room (10m2) in the ‘Oranjebuurt’ in Groningen. You share this 1930s apartment with a girl (ES) and a boy (NL). Current occupant is moving out, so the room will become available February 1, but earlier occupancy might also be possible.
There is a bus stop and a supermarket around the corner. Within 7 minutes cycling you can reach the Grote Markt or the main station of Groningen and within 10 minutes cycling you can reach the Zernike campus.
The room itself has a loft bed, built-in closet and private sink. Furthermore, the floor has new (2023) laminate floors and the large window has blackout roller blinds. You share the kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with washing machine) and toilet with 2 other housemates and there is a bicycle parking in front of the door.
